Poverty: Children suffered more than anyone

Facts

Poverty hits children hardest. Most of the people living in poverty are children. Poverty denies children their rights. It weakens a child's protective environment, as much abuse and exploitation of children is linked to widespread and deeply entrenched poverty. It blights their lives with ill health, malnutrition, and impaired physical and mental development. It saps their energy and undermines their confidence in the future. No society has ever seen a broad-based reduction in poverty without major and sustained investments in the rights of its people to health, nutrition and basic education.

143 million children under five in the developing world continue to suffer from inadequate nutrition. The highest numbers are in south Asia, where over half the under-fives (54%) were underweight in 1990, but there is progress in this region, with the proportion falling to 46% by 2006. Asia, the second poorest part of the globe, has seen a drop from 41.1% living below the poverty line to 29.5% by 2004. However there have been no such gains in sub-Saharan Africa. If progress continues to be this slow and patchy, the 2015 target will be missed by a margin of 30 million children.

Poor street kids

OMG!!!

What is in our world today...these poor street kids were left unattended, sleep on the street just like the stray dogs did...how could these happen in our civilized world of today??? They're also human...pity...

they're just little kids...very-very poor kids...where are we???

O Poor People

Let us invoke a healthy heart-breaking

Towards the horrible world:

Let us say 0 poor people

How can they help being so absurd,

Misguided, abused, misled?

With unsifted saving graces jostling about

On a mucky medley of needs,

Like love-lit shit,

Year after cyclic year

The unidentifiable flying god is missed.

Emotions sit in their heads disguised as judges,

Or are twisted to look like mathematical formulae,

And only a scarce god-given scientist notices

I will never be homeless

I will never be homeless,
It won't happen to me.
I will never be homeless,
I'm doing so well, don't you see?
I have a good job, a nice house and a car,
I have everything I need to go far.
I am not like those Welfare bums,
To whom prosperity never comes.
You know, the ones who don't want to work,
Any kind of physical labour, they shirk.
All they want to do is drink,
Some are not clean, and they stink.
Then, I see a man, lying in the street,
A tattered coat around him and no shoes on his feet.
But, I sense that something is wrong,
That somehow, this man does not belong.
So, I decide to stop to say hello,
And ask him why he fell so low.
He once worked on a street called Bay,
Making good money every day.
Then, one day his job was gone.
He was told, "just go on home."
He soon just didn't care,
His purpose in life no longer there.
He lost his family, his home, and his car.
In just a few months, he fell so far.
So here he was, on the street,
With a tattered coat around him and no shoes on his feet.
Then I saw the lines on his face and the pain in his eyes,

Hahaha!!! The funniest people living in Malaysia. Bagus diorang minum tapai la!!
Malayu juga la. Macamana mau maju kalau ini macam. Dalam kapla ingat duit! tusin, tusin om tusin. Kita urang dusun makin lama makin mau pupus di dunia. Ituuu la kamurang.

Hehehe...jarang-jarang juga kamiurang minum ini, susa mau cari bah. Ada tapi, saaana jauh-jauh tampat mau beli. Jadi kadang-kadang saja la. Yang penting, kalau ada karamaian, ini bahar tatap tidak ketinggalan.

Ini tapai...siapa yang inda kanal ini minuman, memang bukan urang dusun la. Ini dulu-dulu di Kg kamiurang ini memang top la. Sana sini ada menjual. Macam itu kadai jual top-up. Senang mau dapat. Tapi ini sekarang, susa mau dapat ooo. Sekarang ini orang inda buat ini bisnes lagi. Nakamaju noh ngawi tulun kampung boh. Hehhehe...Tapi ini tapai ini tatap menjadi pujaan hati dan top di kampung kalau ada karamaian. Tatap tumbang la pukulan ini minuman.

SUKI!!!! aiiiii...haro tipama suki kio. Nah! Bagus bah ni urang kampung kami ni. Bahar pun mau disuki juga. Paling-paling 3 kali tius. Om...nu poh! mogolisun noh tolingo ka.

i've just visited the malaysia-today site just now. I tell you, "Sabah for Sabahans" is the must read articles for people of Sabah. i've follow all the comments. They say:

So...what can i say???
We're totally robbed by the culprits. Bastard!!! Silaka punya urang. Minta nasi orang, sudah kenyang, sisa tak habis yang dipulang semula. Sabah is not for Sabahans long time ago. The PTI a.k.a kurap sudah lama melekat di tanah Sabah. They own all Sabah treasure same as what the culprits did to Sabah peoples. What we got???? Sisa tulang dari bajingan-bajingan ini. Damn!! Damn!!

Kota Kinabalu is no longer Kota Kinabalu as you see many of kurap-kurap hanging all over there.
Just go to the general hospital, clinics, most kedai kopi, the wet market, especially the one selling fish, any fish landing points in Sabah, check out some of the bus drivers, the taxi drivers, most of the construction workers, factories, plantations etc....Hahaha...I'm thinking i'm on my vacation to Manila or somewhere places at Jolo. Terrible! so terrible!

Where is the voice of Sabah people??? Are they listening to us???
